I’ve been looking at some information about trading stocks lately and there seems to be a good potential for profit if you can do it properly, although there is certainly risk as well. I don’t have alot of money to invest at the moment, but I would deeply appreciate any advice as how to break into the market and maximize my profits. Thanks.

It seems like despite the bad economy, most of us have been able to maintain our composure. We are all trying to adjust and cut back a little until this whole thing blows over. However, one group that can’t seem to keep their cool are investors. They seem to be grossly overreacting to every little thing.
Do you think it is time for those investing in the markets to just chill the **** out for awhile?

I know nothing about the stock market and to be honest, I’m hoping to find the next Dell or Microsoft and hit it big in a short period (2-6 years). It doesn’t have to be tech stock and I’ve been told by some people that Chinese stocks are the way to go as the economy is booming there due to their modernization.
Is this smart or should I just keep my money in traditional investments like 401Ks? Like most people, I just want to retire before I’m too old to enjoy it. I don’t waste my money, but I know next to nothing about investing or making the most out of my money.
Any advice is appreciated.

I got married in August 2007 but my husband is not a US citizen yet as we are going through immigration. I did not work and was a full-time student getting grants, perkin loans, and unsubsidized loans. Can I file taxes this year in order to get the economy boost check? It’s the first year I haven’t worked and I feel like I’d like to contribute to the economy and this would really help me. I got some sort of W Forms from the university because of my loans.
